SkillArena hosts skill-based competitions. Participants pay an entry fee, play a browser game, and winners are determined solely by the highest verified scores. Outcomes are decided by player skill — never by chance, draws, or random selection. This platform is not a lottery, raffle, or game of chance.

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• One person may hold exactly one account, registered with their own mobile number.
• Information you provide (name, phone, email) must be accurate — prizes are delivered against these details.

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at adnanalitech1@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

• Entry fees are shown on each competition before you join and are charged per competition.
• Payments are made by Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer and are verified manually by our team before your entry activates.
• Submitting false, edited, or someone else's payment proof leads to rejection and may lead to a permanent block.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

• Each competition states its number of attempts (normally 3). Only your highest valid score counts.
• Scores are created and validated on our servers. Scores are final once a competition ends and results are verified.
• If two players tie, the player who reached that score first ranks higher.

Using automation, bots, exploits, modified clients, multiple accounts, or any other unfair method is prohibited. We may flag, reject, or disqualify scores and suspend or permanently block accounts involved in cheating. Entry fees of accounts blocked for cheating are not refunded.

• Winning scores and accounts are verified before winners are announced.
• By winning, you agree that your name or username, winning score, and prize may be displayed publicly on the platform.
• Prizes are delivered by pickup or courier within Pakistan as described on the competition page. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash unless we explicitly state otherwise.
• If a winner does not respond to prize-claim contact within 14 days of announcement, the prize may be forfeited.

If we cancel a competition, all verified entry fees for it are fully refunded. We may update these terms; continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the new terms.

Your entry fee pays for a fair, verified chance to compete for the prize — not a guarantee of winning. If you don't place in the top scores, that entry fee is not refundable; the fairest next step is to try again in the same competition (if attempts remain) or enter another one — not to request money back for a loss. The only entry-fee refunds we give are described in our Refund Policy (in short: only if we cancel the competition, charge you twice by mistake, or a platform error stops your entry from activating).

If you disagree with a result, a score, or a decision we've made, contact adnanalitech1@gmail.com first with the competition name and details — most concerns are resolved this way, and every winner is human-verified before announcement specifically to keep results fair. By using SkillArena you agree to raise a dispute with us before pursuing any other action, and that these terms (together with the Refund Policy and Fair Play Policy) are the full agreement between you and SkillArena regarding entry fees and competition outcomes. Nothing in this section removes any right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

SkillArena's name, logo, design, game code, and platform content are owned by SkillArena and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or redistribute this platform or its content without our written permission. Player-submitted content (such as a winner's quote) remains theirs, but they grant us permission to display it on the platform in connection with announcing results.

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any competition is limited to the entry fee you paid for that competition.
