Refund Policy

Simple and fair: if a competition doesn't happen, you get your money back. If you played, the entry is used.

1. Full refunds — always

  • We cancel a competition: every verified entry fee for it is refunded in full.
  • You paid twice for the same competition by mistake: the duplicate amount is refunded in full.
  • Your payment was approved but your entry could not be activated because of a platform error: refunded in full.

2. Before your payment is approved

While your payment is still pending verification, you may cancel your entry by emailing support with your transaction reference. The amount you sent is returned to you.

3. When refunds are not given

  • Your payment was approved and you started at least one attempt — the entry is used.
  • You didn't win — entry fees are the cost of competing, not a deposit.
  • You missed playing your attempts before the competition ended.
  • Your account was blocked or your entry disqualified for cheating or breaking the Terms.

4. Rejected payments

If our team rejects your payment proof (for example, a wrong amount or unreadable screenshot), your entry does not activate. If money did reach our account, it is returned to you; the rejection note on your dashboard explains what happened and what to do next.

5. How refunds are paid

  • Refunds go back by the same method you paid with (Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank transfer), to the same account.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval.
  • To request one, email support with your registered account email, the competition name, and your transaction reference.
